Saperavi grapevariety is cultivated in the strictly controlled micro-zone Khashmi, Kakheti.
Hand selected highest quality Saperavi grapes are crushed and squeezed in Qvevri (clay vessels buried in the ground), where natural wine fermentation proceeds on relevant temperature.
Wine production process involves storing and aging of the wine in Qvevri during 10 months.
The wine is bottled after the finishing process and sealed with natural cork.

Recommended temperature for serving is 16-18°C. Saperavi Khashmi goes well with fried meat dishes. In order to perceive the maximum aromas and taste properties of Saperavi wine, we recommend to open and decant the wine 20 minutes before tasting it.
